Have you always wanted to journal, but aren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you always start a journal and then stop. Perhaps you feel like you don’t have time. It may be you feel like you are doing it wrong. I get it.
So here is our mission for the next 53 weeks. You are going to give it another shot. You’re not going to be perfect at it, and that’s okay. You’re going to change your method of journaling, and that’s okay. You may also leave it for a little while and then come back to it later. Again, that’s okay. What’s important is you are going to give it your best shot.
Every Wednesday for the next 53 weeks, I am going to give you some tips and tricks for your journaling practice. This post will regularly update with the latest article in the series, so be sure to bookmark it. My hope is that you will find some of the information helpful and be able to put it into practice.
I am also giving you a free workbook to use. You can download it for free below. I hope this will give you a launching point for your journaling practice, whenever you choose to start it. You can work through it in order, or pick a topic that speaks to you at that moment. Personalize it however you need to for your best work. And of course, open journaling is also always okay. Good luck!
